These insurance calculators estimate what cover is likely to cost using the same building blocks insurers use: a country-average base premium multiplied by rating factors for things like age, coverage level, location and risk history. Each result shows an annual and monthly figure, a typical low–high range to reflect how much insurers differ, and a breakdown of every factor's contribution so you can see what moves your price.
They are educational estimators, not quotes, and they store nothing — every calculation runs locally in your browser. Because pricing, currency and rules differ by country, each tool comes in versions for the US, UK, Canada, Australia, India and the UAE tuned to each market — from deductibles and ACA metal tiers in the US, to excess and gender-neutral life pricing in the UK, provincial auto rules in Canada, community-rated health cover in Australia, IRDAI-regulated motor cover and IDV in India, and mandatory health insurance in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Frequently asked questions
Are these real insurance quotes?
No. Each tool is an educational estimator that reproduces how insurers price — a country-average premium adjusted by rating factors — using published averages. Real quotes depend on your exact details and insurer, so use these to understand and compare, then shop for exact prices.
Why are the calculators split by country?
Insurance pricing, currency, terminology and mandatory cover differ significantly between countries. Separate US and UK versions use the right currency, factors and rules for each market rather than a one-size-fits-all number.
Do the estimates stay accurate as rates change?
Average premiums drift over time, so every estimate shows the data vintage it is based on. The underlying rating relativities (like the effect of age or coverage level) are far more stable, so most of the model rarely changes.
Is my information private?
Yes. Every calculation runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded, stored or shared, and there is no sign-up.
